Orville W. Hadle, 67, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at the Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia, MO. Orville was born February 15, 1949 in Kansas City, MO to Earl Charles and Lucy Maurine (Hackett) Hadle. He lived most of his life in the St. Joseph, MO area; before moving to Warsaw, MO, in later years. Orville served his country as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps, during the Vietnam Conflict. He spent his working life as a construction worker, and mechanic; and spent 8 years employed by Land Construction of St. Joseph. He was a fireman for the St. Joseph Fire Department, enjoyed collecting model cars, and was an avid car show enthusiast. Orville was preceded in death by: his parents; a brother George W. Hadle; and a sister Mary Robertson. He is survived by: his son Jeremy (Tammie) Hadle of St. Joseph; his brothers Earl (Rosalie) Hadle of St. Joseph, and Bill Hafley of St. Joseph; his grandson Haden; his longtime companion Edyth Gann, and her grandchildren, who Orville loved as his own; and numerous nieces and nephews. Following cremation, a private family graveside service will take place at the Hackett Cemetery in Dearborn, MO, at a later date. The family suggests contributions be given to the American Kidney Foundation.
