Pati (Patricia) L. James, left this Earth on Saturday, November 26, 2016. She was born February 23, 1945 in Springfield, MO to Emma Lou Peterson (Drumright) and John R. Peterson. She was raised in Humansville, MO before coming to the Kansas City area. Pati lived in Camden Point, MO from 1968 until her passing. She is survived by the love of her life Vern Weigel of the home; sister Donna Brasel (Mike) of Kansas City, MO; daughters Stacey Joy of Polo, MO, and Stephanie James-Gallimore (Steve) of Platte City, MO; stepdaughter Debbie Alexander (Marvin) of Claremont, CA; 8 grandchildren; 2 nieces; 2 nephews; and many dear friends. Visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 30 at Vaughn-Aufranc Funeral Home in Dearborn, MO; followed by a 2:00 p.m. funeral service, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Camden Point Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be given to the charity of one’s choice.
