Isaac Raymond Kirk, Jr., Age 82, Weston, MO., passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016. Funeral Services will be: Saturday, June 4, 2016 Visitation, 10:00AM, Memorial Service 11:00 AM, at the Vaughn Funeral Home, Weston, MO. Memorial Contributions may be made to: Weston Methodist Church, Weston Historical Museum, Weston Boy Scout Troop 249. Mr. Kirk was born March 23, 1934, in Weston, Missouri, to Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Raymond Kirk. He graduated from
Weston West Platte High School and attended Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, MO. Ray was a Lifelong Farmer in the Weston area, where he was a member of the Weston Methodist Church, Weston Historical Museum Board of Trustees, Weston Zoning Board, Weston Masonic Lodge, Moila Temple (St. Joseph, MO.). Mr. Kirk had been
active in the Mo-Ark Association for Flood Control, serving as President 1979-1981. Ray served on the Board of Directors at the Exchange National Bank, Atchison, KS for many years. He was also a former pilot for Ozark Airlines. Ray was also an active Volunteer at the National Airline History Museum in Kansas City. Ray is survived by his wife, Edna Ruth Kirk, of the home; one son, Dr. Isaac Raymond Kirk III, Houston, TX; one sister, Jane Webb, Wichita, KS; and preceded
in death by one son, Edward Martin Kirk, Weston, MO., and one sister, Virginia Hearn, St. Petersburg, FL.
