MaryAnn Fiser, 84, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2015 at her Home in Platte City, MO. A visitation will be held 6:00 – 7:00 p.m., Monday, September 14, 2015 at Rollins Funeral Home in Platte City, MO; followed by a 7:00 p.m. memorial service, at the funeral home. Private family interment at a later date. The family suggests contributions be given to the St. Luke’s Hospice. Mary was born September 4, 1931 in Sweet Springs, MO to Clyde and Ruby (Wheeland) Brown. She was raised in Sweet Springs, MO, and was a graduate of North East High School, Kansas City, MO. She married Billy Joe Fiser on June 16, 1951 in Kansas City, MO. She was a homemaker and also worked as an office manager for Crittenen Mental Healthcare Center. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Platte City. MaryAnn enjoyed her flowers, quilting, and many different arts and crafts. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, and a sister, Carol Janice Camp. MaryAnn is survived by: her sons; Bill Fiser Jr.(Mary) of Platte City, MO, James Scott Fiser (Krista) of Seattle, WA, daughters; Janice Ann Fiser of Atlanta, GA, Karen Lindvall of Platte city, MO. 6 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
