John F. Pace, 67, of Effingham, KS, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at his niece’s home. John was born on November 21, 1952 in Platte City, MO to William Woodson and Florence Mable (Tate) Pace. He was a longtime resident of the Atchison County, KS area and worked in paint sales. John loved bowling at West Lanes in Atchison and playing softball. He also enjoyed fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers Bill, Donald, David, and Everett. John is survived by his siblings Leona, Delvena, Sylvia, and Daniel, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to the charity of one’s choice.
