Norma was 88 when she passed away peacefully in her sleep Saturday. She was born to Capitola (Brubeck) & Orville Hunt in Excelsior Springs, Missour, but soon came to live and grow up in Tracy, Missouri. She and her beloved husband Howard (Abe) Hulett were married on December 7, 1974, and they moved to Platte City, Missouri, where she lived the remainder of her life. Abe and Norma spent the majority of their time doing what they loved, which was camping with friends and family. She also loved to sew and crochet in her free time. Norma was a very loving lady who was proud to say she was a tough son of bitch. Norma was preceded in death by her parents Capitola & Orville, her husband Abe, and son James (Jimmy) Tate. She leaves behind daughter Patsy Mize, sons Daniel Tate and Richard Crump, 3 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society. A graveside service will be held Saturday, February 20, 2121 at 11 am at Platte City Cemetery.
