Jacqueline Kae Kamphefner was born in Independence, MO on September 17, 1948, and passed from this life on February 7, 2023 at the age of 74. She resided with her husband in Kansas City, MO for the past 43 years. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Ronald E. Kamphefner, her daughter Alissia and husband David Patty, her son Destry and wife Sandy Kamphefner along with her 3 precious granddaughters Abigail, Hannah and Megan Kamphefner. She is also survived by siblings Larry Newman and wife Patty, Joyce West and husband Don, Janice Hile, James Decker and wife Diane, and brother-in-law Stan McConahay along with many nieces nephews, family and friends. Preceding her in death were her parents, father, and mother Virgil and Cleta Decker and older sister Elizabeth McConahay. A memorial service will be held at Eagle Heights Baptist Church, 5600 N. Brighton, Kansas City, MO on Saturday, February 18, 2023. The visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by an 11:00 a.m. service.
